I need help.

If im making my fan site i have a layout and the codes.
But when i upload it to the hosting its just litlle boxes with x's in.
Ye im a noob LOL! Can anyone help.

Have you uploaded the images? They may be referenced to the images on your computer and not the webserver.

Make sure all the images link to wherte they are on your host
you might have
<img src"images/top1.jpg">
when it might have to be
<img src"www.yourdomain.com/images/top1.jpg">

I only have 1 Bk ground image.
And loads of HTML Documents.

Upload the images from your computer to the server/ a photo hosting company e.g Photobucket and then use the url <img src"the url of the image">

Hope this helped.. not especially good with this sort of thing but there you go
