Internal page links

You know when you have links at the top of the page like...

Link 1 | Link 2 | Link 3 | Link 4

and when you click one of the links, it jumps to a different part of the page?

How do I do this?

I think the link is something like

page.html#link1
but I cant remember exactly how to do it.
