Outlook 2007 Backup

I know how to back up my email (by copying the PST file), but how do I backup my Notes, Contacts and Calendar entries?

Thats not it, that transfers to a new computer, im just doing a format.

Nvm, I found that the PST file included Calendars, Notes and contacts too!
