Well I think everyone can do it, jus click options then click the disable rep box, i think even normal members can do it.

No, only admins and VIPs can disable their rep, although i'm sure if you explained to an admin a good enough reason why you'd like yours disabled then they would do it for you.

My reason:
Whenever i voice my OPIONION, people always bad rep me because they disagree. I'm getting annoyed because of the fact that by voicing my opionion I could be given bad rep and gain a bad reputation. Also because some people don't like me on habbo they just bad rep me when they feel like it.
