I believe you get the background and when people say 'alter friends' I dunno if you can arrange friends into certain groups, I think it's just the things they stand infront of and such on the Friends channel.

Yeah it changes that, I changed to the theme Night it's free but it's pretty damn cool. I imagine the Call of Duty: World at War one would be tanks and stuff? Surely it's on YouTube.

Well they're made for the NXE so they should change

I got a Gears of War 2 one, it changes the background of your dashboard, as well as making your friends list look totally hot. I mean, HOT. Youtube some previews of premium themes, they'd be up there if anywhere. They're really nice though, I thouht it was well worth it.
