I tried yesturday still didn't work and today it doesn't work it showed up this...

Delete your temp and cookies.

Do a complete uninstall of shockwave (you can get it off adobe's website.. don't use the add/remove programs on your pc/laptop).

Then re-install shockwave, reboot your computer and then try logging in.

That fixes the majority of problems.
