Best pk on my pures one level 68 cmb 80 str 85 range best pk rune chain kite 2h

but on my level 58 i pked rune chain kite helm scim battle axe etc.. I will rep who ever shows me a picture of a hot spot place and how the skull look likes

You see the skull when you go to a hot zone it has flames....Varrock is a hot spot

Yeh central Varrock is a hotspot and yeh it increases chance of a drop due to more risk of you being in a hotspot.
