Default Best Way To Build Stamina?

I'm a brilliant runner and use to be fab at cross country. But after spending most of my days inside on Habbo I have not been getting the lung exercise needed. So I am like a rocket with the 100m but as the distance gets further, I start to struggle. Never the less, I still am very good compared to most people my age but just not as good as I know I can be. So any advice on how to build stamina would be hugely appreciated.

The simple answer is - keep pushing yourself further and further, even when your body wants to stop.

But obviously stop when you start throwing up and stuff.

Just go back to your old routine before you started habbo.
Also start to workout, and focus on your legs a little bit more.
Than youll have more muscle on your legs and youll get faster.

We had a child and it had a very large penis so we named it Jeremy.

Not necessarily. Have you seen the legs on the long distance runners in the olympics? You could almost crack them in half with your fingers.

Believe me, they've also got a bunch of muscle you just dont see it becuase they're running.
You dont get fast by eating less to have skinny legs and stuff.
Whether you run or hit the gym, your working out, and working out gets you muscle.

If your finding it hard to increase your stamina try some muscular endurance excersises.

And Blinger you couldn't be more wrong, long distance runners especially olympians do ALOT of weights on their legs and the WHOLE of there body, they just don't lift heavy weights because having alot of muscle mass would slow them down

I had to work on my fitness in the summer holidays because i was doing a charity event with my mates - cycling from edinborough to london in a week

To prepare me for it, i went jogging for 2hrs every Sunday morning. It helps loads. I also went on the rowing machine for 1 hr every week.
It proved to be very useful

Even the Cat's joining in. Don't miss out!

Just keep pushing yourself. If you sprint 200 meters every day, it'll get easier and eaiser todo say, then move up to 300 etc.
