AJAX search feature

I think an AJAX search under the title input on the new thread page would be good, to reduce the number of similar threads, mainly in the news and rumours section.

So when you create a new post a start to type the title it shows a list of article titles already with this title?

I'm not sure if this would be possible without causing a security risk but presuming it is possible how many people would use it if they do not at least have a quick glance over the threads in the forum before making a post or use the "search" to check anyway? I suppose it would be a nice feature but I'm not entirely sure its necessary or if people would actually use it.
