If you look closely.. it has the turbine inside and the slushi stuff has been turned.

Hmm, not too bad. Would have been better to just make a brand new item rather than reshape a Cola Machine. Does the blue (rare) one have a shorter nozzle than the others?.... Weird. Anyway, purple ftw .
