Fighter torso. Some form of Barrows platebody?

Rune pl8 , G pl8 , or fighter torso also weren't you only lvl 40 defence like a day ago ?

Dragon legs and fighter torso (which you cant buy....you have to get it from a minigame.)

Rune platebody or any God platebody (level 40 defence and dragon slayer completed)

Fighter torso (level 45 defence & bought from points earned in Barbarian assault)

Granite plate (level 50 defence)

Barrows platebody - Dharok, Torags, Veracs, Guthan's Armour (level 70 defence)

It requires a lower level to use doesn't it? I assumed that the higher the level that is required = the better the defense.

Not really , in some cases yes but not always

EDIT: i use Torso not G pl8 incase that matters
