So basically, I need a nice looking website layout made and coded.
Some colours that I would like to be used are bright colours.
I think that www.habboremixed.com is a nice layout and www.habless.com Please make me one!

I have to agree with you there. Download a free maintenance page from www.habboarchive.net and upload that. Also, www.habboring.com and www.habboarchive.net have free layouts.

I'm sorry, but I don't think anyone's going to design and code you a habbo layout for your fansite?
I guess you need to pay for it.
