It cannot be traded...
So therefore it remains as neither a Rare or a Norm. probs won't be tradeable
but im logging in everyday to get them all 
just incase im thinking the full set would go for a good price if they were tradeable or one might be more popular than the others

Yeah, the set, if tradeable Id pay about 10 HC for.
