    Default How do I go about doing this?

    Ok, Im 13, And iv been watching wrestling my whole life.

    A few days ago, I realised I really want to become a wrestler at 16/17, And its true as I do.

    But theres a few problems.

    Im one of them people, If you give them **** they dont say anything back.
    I dont have much muscle on me, I only weigh 6 and a half stone.

    I want to prepare myself for what I want to do early on in my life. How do I go about this?

    You do know wrestlings set up dont you...

    Eat high protein foods and do weights or something

    A good thing to do would be purchase some Whey Protein or Protein Bars (you can get these from gym clubs, health clubs, Holland and Barratt etc.) and build up your muscle.
    eek.
