Stay away from caffeine and try and get into a routine.

I've had this like all my life, i've never got over it. I normally only get likr 4-5 hours sleep a night.

Go in shower/bath before you sleep, warm water can make you tired.

    Get sleeping tablets

Get that drink thing that helps make you sleep

ermmm eat something before going to bed, some people feel sleepy after eating for some reason.

I can't think of anything as i never tried anything to stop it, i just live with it and i've kinda got used to it now
    I've left. I'm back.

I've always had this except my body is use to getting around 5 hours sleep so it's just the same as getting like 9 I suppose. *falls asleep*

Sit up when you first get in bed - don't lie down.

Have a cup of tea or a hot chocolate and read a book. Stay away from the coffee.

Sitting up sounds stupid but it really does help - I often have problems sleeping and this seems to work.

I sort of have little sparks of insomnia now and then, not feeling tired at all and stuff. I do remember a whole year when I hardly slept at night, I got at least 2-3 hours sleep a night. And I was fine all the way through, no tiredness or anything.
The only thing I can suggest is to tire yourself out somehow.

It's probably cos you usually sleep when you get home from school for a few hours and that can really screw your sleeping pattern up.
