Enraged isn't the smartest character *****, no point explaining it to him.

OT: It depends on what you prefer, if you prefer windows to linux then choose windows (visa versa). There is no point using a netbook if you find it a pain to use.

It depends on what applications you use and if you're prepared to accept the Linux alternatives?
If you're competent and you're prepared to get rid of you're beloved Windows Live Messenger... Then you get used to Ubuntu or something else.

I'm competent enough to use Linux but I just don't like it.
I'm actually getting that netbook but installing XP Pro/Home on it because I prefer Windows to Linux.

Of course, you could get a MSI Wind netbook and put Mac OS X on it. Heh.
i've been here for over 8 years and i don't know why

I'd go for Linux and if you don't like it you could buy Windows XP off rapidshare.
Lets set the stage on fire, and hollywood will be jealous.
