when you -rep someone and they -rep you cause they're annoyed you -repped them.

This is against the rules and can usually be removed and there is no such thing as Blue rep.

Green means plus, or good rep it adds to your points
Red is bad, or minus it takes away from your points
Grey is neutral, it doesn't effect it.

It's grey. Thats because the person who repped you has no rep power.
