    Default Paypal verified adress?

For the past few days/weeks i've been trying to order a few things off ebuyer using paypal, every time I tried ordering my order ended up being cancelled with a message staing I need a paypal verified adress. Well i've added my bank account to it and verified that but it still asks me to verify my adress, how do I do that? Do I have to add a credit/debit card?

To verify you need to do the following:

    Add a bank account
Add a debit / credit card
    Verify your telephone.

    Thats it.

I verified my telephone. They ring up, you type in the number they give you on screen.

They send you a letter with a confirmation code, the reason eBuyer does is, it's to stop people using stolen Paypal accounts or illegal money to buy products, it's quite a smart idea to do, although the letter took me a few weeks to receive in the end. Very annoying time to wait, plus it's Christmas in seven days, so if your planning on buying somebody a present from eBuyer, ferget about it, the chances of Paypal sending you the letter and eBuyer getting it to your house in time for Christmas is very unlikely.
