The lads might have lost the X Factor to Alexandra Burke, but they are reportedly on the verge of signing a multi-million pound record contract with mega-label Sony BMG.


Louis, who reckons the group can be as big as Westlife, will manage the group.

It's all lies - at least; they can't sign it anyway.

Their X Factor contract says they can't sign any other contract until the X Factor tour is over. Both Ruth and Rachel have said that.

Ye, but they waited untill the X factor tour was over this year, they should have to wait untill the following year. JLS would have to wait untill Jan 2010 or Dec 2009 to release an album etc.
