    I ordered a product from Play.com
    They sent it but it hasnt got a USB cable in it, what do I do now?

    If you were definitely meant to get one, phone them back and they will usually ask you to send it back and they'll replace it.

    If it said it should have had a USB cable, send it back.
    If not, buy one over the internet.

    I cant find the specific USB cable.
    This is going to take forever now fgs.
    I told them the item I recieved was faulty and they are going to contact me soon.
    No longer active on here

    And when you return it? They'll say it's missing based on the description they have on the site.

    Should of just emailed them saying you received the product, but its contents is not as described on the site. They would probably say send it back or they'll refund you.

    Ah right, I got the impression that it was meant to be included. Try eBay or Amazon. Quite cheap.
