Have any Oblivion Tips/Tricks?

Well, i've had the game for a while now.
And i always stuff it up some how.
So, im starting again.

Which is the best race and class in your opinion?
What skill should i train first?
How long did it take you to complete the game? (People say like 6 months. )
Tricks on how to do things, eg Run up a mountain for that Jumping skill.
Which subquests should i do first?

Any/All help is appreciated.

Side note; i put this here because as far as i know it's on PS3,Xbox360,PC.

Dupe glitch was patched, spoons have no physics so you can use them to get to cool places you're not meant to go.

Make sure you don't level major skills too much without any combats skills or you'll be a bit weak, if you have like heavy and light armour only use one because it's pointless using both since that's two skills to level.
Try stick to one type of weapon aswell, one melee weapon and magic is all you really need.

You can still dupe using the 'scrolls' glitch.

Just a small question, if i level up do my enemies become stronger?
eg, if i go from level one to level two do my enimemes who where level one also level up to level two?

Yea, everything levels as you do, which is why you shouldn't have combat as a major skill, then you'll be more powerful at lower levels.

I went mostly melee with swords, heavy armour and archery, destruction magic is generally quite helpful but that's more potions you have to get hold of then, having sneak quite high never hurts either, especially if you decide to go for light armour.
