Well recently i have been going recently will my friends swimming and they are all tonked i look like a skinny little rat. What can i do to build up my strength and work on my upper part of my body (Chest)

Also any easy ways to get a 6 pack?

How old are you?

If your older than 13 i'd advise you to start lifting weights. Bench press, incline press, decline press, chest flys etc, will build you a bigger chest.
