ok so yeah, a bit odd..
just above my nipples, kind of level to the armpit i'm getting white kind of flaky skin, if I scratch it it will come off, but it's just a bit.. odd haha
is it dry skin? or something else?

Probably because its winter. The cold dries out your skin alot, just apply some moisturiser

i get it aswell.
All you can do is put moisturiser on to put the moisture back in your skin.Chelsea Fc (Y)

Your skin is probably dehydrated, try drinking more
OR you show the symptoms of the common Psoriasis, can be quite annoying to treat.

Dry skin, I get that when I come out of the shower sometimes but on my face, if you put moisturizer on it then it should go
