I think it is ok. It is not quite ready for elites but it is good. You do need more stuff in it b/c it looks to plain. i give it a 7/10. Just do your best to improve it. Listen to everyone;s suggestions.

I think it's nice how you putted things together but it shouldn't be elites because almost all objects you used are off habbo and only rotated and stuff. I know you made some from scratch but still :p the thing you carry around the store (whatever you call it) you need to fix it handles they look weird, good job thought. 8/10
