    Default HDMI cable.

Hey I have a HDMI cable for 360 and I've hooked it up to my HDTV, everything is cool and all but I've heard people say insert your component cable for better audio and video at the same time, is this true, my component wont fit and I know I need an adapter from MS for like £20 which is a rip and really dont want to pay if it's something really small difference.

Get a flathead screwdriver/knife and pop the top off the component cable and it fits in, thats what I did.

    EDIT:

When you plug a HDMI cable into your 360, you cant plug the AV Adapter with the red white yellow etc in aswell as its too big.

    So you can either
    - Pay £20 and get a all in 1 thing
    - Use a knife and pop the case off the AV Adapter off like me

If you're using the HDMI cable, what would be the need of the component cable? Considering the HDMI is digital, and carries both audio and video.. I don't see the need for the component cable?
