I got it Size M because I thought it ment medium but I think its too small...

Ring sizes are alphabetical not like small/medium/large, M might actually be ok though unless she's a larger lady. I wear a size T or S on my middle finger I think so M is quite a bit smaller than that. Your best bet would be to nick one of her rings and take it to a jewellers to size up

My ring sizes are Z and even sometimes I struggle with them!
Anyway, It looks lovely tbh! Always good to treat your mum now and again.
