Default Head in so much pain.

Well yesterday lunch I started feeling ill, I took some tablets but nothing changed. Then at the evening I took my temperature a few times and it was 38.1 degrees, I couldn't sleep much and at 2am I woke up, went down stairs and was sick... I was sort of shaking at sometimes to.

This morning I had some toast then some tablets I am noticing a little difference but still feeling a little hot, my temperature has dropped to around 37.6... Just a annoying thing, when I was trying to sleep last night I felt like I couldn't even stay still always changing position every minute.

I must of pulled a muscle in my shoulder aswell whilst I was moving alot which is affecting me alot but theres this really annoying problem that when I walk my head kills, it hurts so much and I've had aload of medicine but it isn't making my head feel any better.

I assume this is a fever but my sister also got a high temperature last night but shes better now.

Any idea how to get this problem gone?

Just sounds like a bug. I wouldn't worry about it, have a nice bath too if your fever goes away to help your shoulder. I find reading a book in bed helps me get to sleep, just read until you feel tird yourself and you should get to sleep no problem.

I'm not ignoring any of this advice but I am saying that I can't or I am unable to do it. My temperature has dropped to normal but I am checking it every few hours now so hopefully I can get some sleep, I am drinking alot of fluids and eating pasta and toast. I am keeping up on co-codamol.

Our family doctor did come round this afternoon but he was like "No dairy" something like Feed a cold and something like starve or something a fever and starch to absorb.

He's told me about my painful ribs from my constant moving last night when I hurt it badly and said don't leave it but keep stretching, deep freeze and so on.

Just hoping this cracking headache goes away soon.
