What do you expect from a coded layout?

What do you expect from a layout you've just bought?
eg,
* Coded in Divs
* Working Php Scripts Attached
* Easy installation.
i'm doing this so i can make a small checklist, i think im nearly prepared to start coding layouts for profit.

Depends how much i pay,

I expect it to be coded in DIVS unless i specify otherwise, I dont expect PHP Scripts on it unless i've payed extra, and i expect just a folder i can upload and it works

But thats what i think - Obviously other users will have their own opinions on this!
