I wouldn't say its Habbo related just because it has Habbos in the car doesn't make it a habbo alteration/creation. If it is classed as a Habbo alt then so is:

It isn't something that is either an alteration of a current Habbo item nor is it something that could/would fit/use within the Habbo client. That is my opinion on it anyways. Chucks in two cents.
