    Default Broken Hip

In September I broke my hip ( Femur Neck ). I have been off the crutches since november 3rd But this last week I have a soar feeling in my hip and it hurts when ever walk mainly when I stride forward. The good news is the pain is not getting worse but I'm not sure if its serious. Btw please don't say go the the doctor unless your sure because I really can't afford another $25,000 bill.

EDIT: I don't know if this is helpful but the also left two metal screws/pins to help it heal, They are permenent.

Really wierd to break the top of your femur, anyway. I'm guessing when you stride forward you feel a pain in your pelvis? If this is the case then I would suggest that there is lack of cartilage (bad arthritus) and If it's that painfull maybe it's out of place?

I think there's a problem with your hip joint, I deem this quite serious and think you should atleast get an X-ray.

My friends broke his hip back in 2006 and it still hurts him when he has to walk far distances to this day. But in February hes getting a hip replacement at age 15. So yeah its normal i think.
    1. Jeremy 1129 up, 295 downA named based on the biblical name Jeremiah. Used as a name for children who are blessed with a large brain and/or penis. Also used as a replacement for "perfect".
We had a child and it had a very large penis so we named it Jeremy.
