Dunno im sure he said that it will still be for VIPs since they payed for the feature, but he has been talking about introducing things in the star thingy so it mite come with that.

I see why he says that but that's fine while there are still a majority of VIPs, when the one VIP with 2 years or something what's going to happen?

Id presume they wont just allow all normal members to use the arcade because of the bandwidth usage, meaning more costs and without VIP sales this would be a big chunck of money towards the server. But if they do allow it then i presume it would come with the star feature like Dinasaw said.

There is no set date for when - or if - members will get the arcade. However it does seem probable that we will add it to the star system. But when that may be we haven't decided, whenever most paid VIPs run out most probably.
It costs nothing to be a good friend.
