    Default CMD ERROR

    Whenever I type something into my cmd I always get the error message, for example: "ipconfig is not recognized as an internal or external command, operatabale program or batch file."

    HELP?

    Try others like

    prompt wteva

    or

    color 0a

    See if you get the same kind of error, if you are offline ipconfig will not work as it will not have an IP from the DNS Server yet.

    FIXED THE PROBLEM!

    For those with the exact error I have, please do this to fix it:

    Go to System Properties>Advanced settings>Enviroment Variables
    Find the system variable called "path" and and then just edit it and copy paste this in:
    %SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\Sy stem32\Wbem;

    Close your current command prompt if open and try it again, should be working perfectly!
    boo!
