That's not true, Wig44. If you buy a pin using your home phone in England, and someone tries to enter it in Canada it doesn't work. You would have to go onto their account so they're logged on from England and enter it.

Trust me, found that one out the hard way.

Ive bought pins from people off Sythe and such from the UK like sweden norway and they always work for me... and im in Canada

Just noticed it said home phone, i think they've all been SMS so maybe thats why they work for me :S

Well you can just change the country and set the same country as the pin,although in my case i am not allowed because jagex banned me from using pins,but i was lucky enough to get a 2nd chance as long as the pins i use are around my area,which is canada.

No you just click change country before u select payment method.
