Yeah a good manager doesn't get too noticed. He doesn't get noticed thus the lack of deserved praise as well as keeping the forum running smooth. People are dealt with appropriately, the forum is easy to navigate, nice enough atmosphere, moderators are approachable.

Yes, I have noticed that hes a very working man, yet never gets any praise. Well done Alex for keeping the forums running smoothly, with the help of Matt (lAscend)

I think this should be directed to lascend too. They both deal with the enormous task as a Moderation Manager aswell as forum changes

A voice came from the cubicle next to me: "Hello mate, how are you doing?"
I didn't want to be rude, so I said, "Not too bad, thanks."
I heard the voice again. "So, what are you up to?"
Again I answered, "Just having a quick ****... How about yourself?"
Then I heard him say "Sorry, mate, I'll have to call you back. I've got some **** in the cubicle next to me answering everything I say."
