    Okay Artist,

Ill need to know all this please.
    What system you have.
    What company.
    And your provider.

BUT READ THIS! I hope my little thing helps you out

Is it safe to run a program again if DEP has closed it?

Yes, but only if you leave DEP turned on for that program. Windows can continue to detect attempts to execute code from protected memory locations and help prevent attacks. In cases where a program does not run correctly with DEP turned on, you can reduce security risks by getting a DEP-compatible version of the program from the software publisher. For more information about what to do after DEP closes a program, click Related Topics.

To open System Properties, click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click System.
Click the Advanced tab and, under Performance, click Settings.
Click the Data Execution Prevention tab.
    Note

By default, DEP is only turned on for essential Windows operating system programs and services. To help protect more programs with DEP, select Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select.
Sometimes the file can hide in hidden mode. If you dont have a hidden file shoeing go to folder options and click show hidden files. Just try these steps. IF that doesnt work try this:

Okay so if my little thing doesnt work then try this:

Run Safe Mode. To do this please turn off your computer and push the power button.
THE MINUTE YOu PUSH THE POWER BUTTON PUSH F8 UNTIL A NEW WINDOW OPENS.
    I cant stress that enough...
It will ask to run in safe mode. Hit enter, it will ask what system to run it on. Choose it and hit enter. The system could be XP or VISTA or MAC OS X, etc. then try to access your system properties. This normally forces all programs to work.

IF this doesnt help please say
