Rural area's are most likely to have power cuts. I would hate to live in Villages and stuff i like to be in the middle of everything.
Stayed at my friends house in Shropshire the other week, i absolutely hated it.

Bahhhh how dare you. Shropshire beautiful its were i live, right in the country. Good thing is though we so far aint had any power cuts which is unusual as i thought we would.
