Default Worried about how much fast food i'm eating now

I usually only eat fast food like once a week, but now I work in a shopping centre, so I east fast food pretty much every day.

I only have a very small breakfast, lunch is normally something light like a sandwich or a salad, but dinner is either McDonalds, KFC, Pizza Hut etc. and i'm worried that i'm eating fast food too often - it's probably 4/5 nights a week.

Is this like mega bad for me?
    eek.

That is probably not very good. But it won't harm you atm, but if you persist doing so, it will probably affect you.

I'd suggest pasta. So easy and it gives u energy etc. I never get tired of it

Lol yeah it's pretty bad, perhaps pack a sandwich or something in your backpack with a bit of fruit

As amazingly tasty as fast food is, that is bad for you. Once a week maybe is ok but not everyday. I'd say just make yourself a nice sandwich and pack yourself some nice things for lunch and dinner so it'll take your mind off of it .

I wouldn't say it is the most healthiest option, but as long as you eat it in balance with other "healthier" options, it should be fine, but perhaps just cut it down to around 2 times a week?
Also, just because its fast food, doesnt necessarily mean its the most unhealthiest option, I gt a pasta pot from tesco the other day, and it had around 600 to 700 calories in it, and this was only tomato and basil chicken pasta pot, whereas a McDonalds 1/4 pounder has around 400/500 calories in it. So it just depends what you eat.

I saw on Facebook that you was going gym before work, should do it after so you burn off the calories of the fast food, but then again it'll still cause colestrol and stuff, should just bring some fruit to work or something

it's not. so long as you exercise regularly and eat healthily otherwise, it's perfectly fine.
