    Maybe uninstall first, then use scottys link incase there is anything left after

    Uninstall Sam 4, then use the search engine on the start button, search for sam broadcaster 4 and if there is any files left right click them and click delete and a knew page normaly comes up saying this programe wont be fully deleted blah blah blah and theres like a link to the uninstall page click that, then uninstall anything realated to the program

    (if it just deletes then i assume it does not need to be uninstalled)

    But i wouldnt quote me on this as im not 100% sure.
