She tells me we should spend time yet shes the one who never comes to me i leave my friends and she don't its so annoying.

How may i let her down easily ?

And may her friends moan at me ?

Just tell her that you arn't ready for a relationship yet and tell her you'd like it if you and her could still be m8s. As for her friend, if she says anything to you, tell her where to go. It isn't any of her business.

Her friends will moan at you but that always happens.
And I hate to say it but there's never ever a easy way to break up. You just have to say it as nicely as you can (ex: "ohai, im sorry but i dont think we're working out. i think its better for us both if we're just friends. sorry, but its for the best.. x").

Whatever you do, the best way (but by no means the easiest) to dump someone is face to face, via text or MSN makes you look like a coward and make her think you're too scared to face her.
And via the phone or getting someone else to do it for you will tell her that you're too lazy/scared to face her.

This is horrible and I'm sure I'll get some negative reps for this, but you could try being a really, really bad boyfriend to get her to dump you if you don't want to? (Use your imagination on how to be a bad boyfriend. )

Her friends may moan at you, it depends on how well friends you are with her friends. About the breaking up part, no clue. I've seen it with my friends but their reasons were because of their parents.
