Restoring Wii to factory preset?

Is there a way to restore the Wii console back to 'factory preset'?
I heard something about having to call up NINTENDO and get some code

I'm doing this as I'm selling it and I don't think the person who is buying it really wants all the stuff on there

Aha, is there an in console interface? If you like load up the thing with no disc, go to options and won't there be an option there?
