trange IE error +REP

hey guys,
I keep getting this error anytime i do anything like, open new tab, go on a different website etc.

Some people say virus, they have instruction on this site, on how to "remove" it - but some people also say it's a Sun Java error, also instructions for that to. (I presume it's a Sun Java error, as a virus that does that every time you open a tab would be a stupid virus for someone to make and distribute? :S - and by looking at your screeny the directory path where the error is coming from, has the directory /java in it, so I assume it's almost definitely a Sun Java error, see website below)
