    Default Please help me! Unable to recieve Emails?

    Hey there, I played habbo quite a few years ago and have recently started playing again on a new account.

    However, my I would really love to dig up my old accounts for nostalgic purposes, to see who's on my friends list, ontop of the fact that it's got quite a few items on them.

    However, on both .com and .co.uk when I send a password request no email comes? I know that the email is correct because otherwise it wouldn't come up saying that the email has been sent? (When used on other email accounts it states that the email address is invalid)

    I would be extremely greatful for anybody who can help me with this problem, i've been trying for about an hour to try and find out a solution but to no avail!

    What email account is it.

    ie. Hotmail, live, yahoo

    as sometimes Hotmail/Live don't pick up habbo or move it straight into spam.

    It's hotmail.

    And i've tried setting all spam filters to low but that doesn't seem to crack the problem..

    Any further assistance please?

    If possible, change your habbo email to eiter yahoo, or gmail as tse pick it up

    Habbo Currently has issued with there password request system when it does not arrive for several week with diffrent email networks. They are currently trying to fix the problem. Try using Yahoo if not Gmail, or simply trying getting in contact him sulake offices and maby then can help you.

    I can't change the email cause I can't get on my account (s), i don't even remember the names

    As said above, it can take a long time for the email to arrive in the inbox/spam because Habbo have problems and try ringing Sulake and see if they will kindly help you.
