Drop-Down Navigator (on click)

I've searched this on google and on w3schools and I can't find the one I'm looknig for.

I basically want a navigator, which drops down with more links when you click on it. So, if I clicked 'Guides' it would come down with more links underneath it.

It's basically a navigator like what Habbox has - it has to be vertical and not horizontal and I don't mean a navigator like, for example, www.habboarchive.net.

i guess just use one off dynamicdrive, and change it onmouseclick rather than hover.
