    Im looking for a script or blog or anything that users can register and onced loged in they can upload torrents for others to download my site is called www.mixtapetorrents.co.uk basicly its a website where people can upload there own or other mixtapes that have been released for free. I want it so there is a admin panel where I can delete uploads / users etc etc

    What you want to do is upload audio files, not a torrent.

    The only way to stay out of trouble would be to have people only upload their own mixtapes, but people would break that rule without a doubt.
