You should save it straight as png not jpeg first or anything, if you did this and it came up like this then it's been resized somehow... in fact it looks like it has anti-aliasing so you've probably used GIMP or some other high-tech programme for this which isn't really recommended for habbo alts (apart from finishing touches); you should use MS paint.
