    Default Format M2 memory card

    I go to format it and it asks for a phone lock code?

    I've tried the default 0000 and the code I actually use to lock my phone, neither work.

    Help!

    Look in the manual, try 1234, 12345, 0000, 0123, 012345.

    But what would help? Google "PHONE-MAKE&MODEL default unlock code"
