Basic Rate for Usersystem

Hey,

I'm interested in making a Habbo fansite but it's quite a far away dream from now till I can at least get some money into my paypal acc.

I generally want to know how much it would be for a usersystem with the following features:

• PM System
• Profiles (With comments available)
• Shop
• General Login/Register/Logout etc
• Banking system
• Chatroom (Only accessable when logged in)

Also within the usersystem are the Level e.g. Member, Admin, Manager, News Reporter, Moderator. That the level depends on what features they have available.

Also this means that I'd need Moderation and Administration tools like:

• Banning
• Alerts
• Usernotes
• Add Staff
• Remove Staff
• Chatroom MOD (e.g. Delete message etc)
• And more...

Now I'm not interested in getting this made or anything (AT THE MOMENT) but I'd like an estimate to what people might think it would cost me around.

I don't mind if you seperate the the prices e.g. The usersystem *price* and the backend will be about *price*
