For the past two months now, I can't stop eating. The other day I ate two packets of chocolate digestives, a bar of chocolate and two packets of crisps in like an hour. Like, I'll eat alot of fruit and veg, but all the same I eat alot of food thats bad for me. I've never been a big eater, and if I eat alot in one day, I won't eat much the next. But now all day everyday I just keep eating. It's awful when going shopping for my lunch, last week I spent 50 on a lunch for one week. All of it's gone already. Last time I weighed myself, I was 8 stone, so I'm not fat or anything. I'm really scared that I'll put on weight, but I cant stop myself from eating. Like everyday I tell myself, that today, I'll just eat something small, but as soon as I step in the door I run over to the presses and get food =/
I don't know what to do to stop myself from eating so much, help?![]()
