I'm trying to make an ebay account, so I'm setting up a Paypal account.

Now it tells me I have to verify my bank account, so I have to add one. It says the account number can only have 8 numbers whereas mine has 9?

What does one do?

I don't understand. Do you mean your card doesn't have 8 numbers?

Try the sort code, you can find it on your bank statement.

Your account number is different to your card number, it'll be on your statement.

I meant to say my account has 9 numbers in it.

The card says "Account number" at the bottom?

Look at your statement and try that.

I checked my statement, was on there.

My card has numbers all over the place and I got two of them confused
