You're currently learning PHP... Why not do PHP first, and when you know PHP good, go for C#?

    I honestly agree.

PHP and C# both share C influenced syntax. Software/desktop development always has had more logic then PHP.

Things are way different, and I suggest that you stick with PHP before you start something like this, get some programming logic down pat, and you'll succeed.

And this isn't that hard, you're going to need to use Google a hell of a lot.. http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/libr...83(VS.85).aspx

Meti, you're one to talk. I remember you while learning HTML & CSS was jumping into PHP, so it makes you a hypocrite. But I also agree. Get PHP down on the table, before trying programming.

Thats because there is no real comparison to HTML & CSS to PHP as there is PHP to C#. Bad comment to make.

I really, really have to forward the points on about knowing PHP to a good standard before moving into more adventurous languages. You will be surprised how much knowledge of PHP can apply to c#.

Well, no there isn't a real comparison, but it's still in context. He was struggling to get grips of HTML & CSS, yet throwing himself into PHP without any real knowledge of Web Coding, or coding at all.
